The latest version of Apple’s operating system, iOS 26.4, introduces an Average Bedtime feature designed to help users track their sleeping patterns more effectively. This addition is housed within the Sleep section of the Health app, providing insights into how your bedtime choices influence overall sleep quality.

Under a newly implemented highlight, users can now view their actual bedtime alongside a calculated average over the past two weeks. This feature complements the existing average sleep time tracker introduced in iOS 26.3, allowing for a more comprehensive look at nightly habits.
In addition to these sleep enhancements, blood oxygen levels have been reinstated in the Vitals section of the Health app. Previously, iOS versions did not show blood oxygen metrics on daily graphs, though there was an available section for it.

Previously, blood oxygen levels were accessible as a standalone measure within the Vitals section but are now integrated into the day-to-day overview. This change follows a complex legal battle concerning blood oxygen sensing technologies, which affected product features.
Now, with the update rolling out, iOS 26.4 is currently available to developers and public beta testers, with a full public release anticipated in the upcoming spring months.
